Todays announcement by Microsoft to go to a package deal with low sub fee is a major plus for AOL.The recent downturn coincided with the report Microsoft was mulling going free.Package deals and low cost providers are eroding AOL at the fringes but they won't come close to cutting into their big lead and most certainly won't get current subs to switch.AOl will continue to make a deal a day using its line of offerings to beef up ad revenue. Its Netscape online overseas will get them the lead back in that arena and their stock float will give them the cash to make key acquisitions. The holiday season is going to tout the Kodak connection with "You've Got Pictures" and the e-tailing is going to be phenominal.I firmly believe it is going up from here.
