the last BoE sale was a disappointment...i remember there was some expectation that the first sale would trigger a rally as well. we're now 10 bucks below the price before the first sale and 40 bucks below the price before the announcement of the sale. if gold drops ten points every time the BoE sells 25 tons, it'll be below 200 in no time at all...just playing devil's advocate here. the powers that be will surely do whatever they can to keep the PoG low, if only to avoid another hedge fund disaster.
