Thanks for your response. I'll have to read it several times. One more thing, if you don't mind. Are shorts required to cover in a specific amount of time/days? Also, it seems in reading different threads, there are not always shares available for shorts to borrow and sell nor can the same shares be borrowed over and over again. Is that right? I am long on THQI but am trying to learn more about shorts and how they may affect my positions. Thanks again, MJS
