I noticed today around 3.30 this afternoon that someone put up 50.000 shares to buy and as soon as the shared were up, someone bought the block at 2.00. I don't know if it was a cross but the same thing happened at 3.59 but this time with 30.000 shares being traded at l.98. Why would they buy kob in this since but then quibble over 5,000 shares for a penny. Either someone in the know is gathering the stock and doesnot mind paying a little more because the payout will be quite large. Someone buying in this size late in the day must know something. Please advise.
