Thought you'd make that adjustment. Who would argue about that since even the great one, Att, is going whole hog in that market. Whatever they believe won't refute the thin margins of wireless which are even thinner than dumb pipe fiber. Att is there because it means ubiquity of presence which is big on their agenda. The others see it as a way to make some money if they can get positioned quickly, but they also know that wireless is no cornucopia.

There's a lot of guys betting on the profitability of all aspects of fiber distribution and they don't know it. They know that it's a commodity business and so they see their bets as betting on the structure creation. It was time to quit that bet in April.

Maybe wireless has yet to see its equivalent great expectations run-up. If so, it will have to contend with cheap fiber coming on stream in floods. Thus, both markets are just speculative ventures. That means they return back to where they started after soaring so that they aren't buy and hold investments. You have to trade and you would have had to know the insiders to get in at the bottom. In this market inside information is everything and so is vulnerable to anything.
