Some people assume that if the Congress is not grinding out new laws faster than the GPO can print the stuff, there is some sort of dereliction of duty. The saying that if its not broken dont fix it should be tacked above the Speaker of the House's chair... Not that America does not have broken pieces, but more is sometimes less. Derek
