TsioKawe, I'll throw my two cents in here. Most institutional investors cannot invest in OTC BB stocks, especially if they are a non-reporting company. You might be able to convince a hedge fund to buy the stock and recommend it to their close friends, but I doubt you will get any "reputable firm" to actually give a recommendation for PNLK in its current status.

It's a catch 22...... you can't get institutional buying until you're on AMEX or NASDAQ small cap, and you can't get there until you have the support. Problem is for a lot of BB companies, they have too many shares, too many warrants, too many options, too many 144 filings each month and too big of a float. Consequently they are "low hanging fruit" for the market makers and are easily "picked"..... you know what I mean.

I suggest you try for a "waiver" and get on the AMEX with a $2 stock price..... I've seen it done if your balance sheet is clean.

Good luck.
