Vestor, now thatDCH is reporting and on a fiscal/calendar year, we'll have to wait until Nov 15 to see the Q3. However, encouraging words from the company were posted by Zekel at RB, ragingbull.com UPDATE FROM THE COMPANY: Nasdaqking: I asked that very question to the company this evening and the response I got was "yes", there are several retail brokers and existing customers/partners that are very interested in the stock but the main issue holding them back is that the company needs to prove their product in the market place before taking significant positions. The Company stated that they have had several technical issues/challanges regarding their sensor over the last several months which have been worked out through their alliance with Allied Signal. They are now convinced that they can ramp up production significantly and meet this requirement. The mood is decidedly ecstatic over conquering these technical challanges and they feel that this temporary downturn in the stock price does not accurately reflect the true potential of the value of future sales. The first step in getting the word out will be exhibited at the DPCA/CADRE conference next week in San Diego. DCHT's President, David Walker, and the rest of the Sales Staff will have a booth set up for demonstrating the latest generation of hand held sensors as well as the fuel cells which will have a concentrated target audience at this conference: cader.org Shortly thereafter, DCHT will host the WCU Virtual World Fuel Cell Congress; Mr. Haberman will speak on "Fuel Cells as an Enabling Technology for Growth" and Dr. Daugherty will speak on "PEM Fuel Cells - A Solid State Approach", via the internet on September 29th. October will be a busy month, starting off with meetings in Sacramento with the Hydrogen Technical Advisory Panel followed closely by the 2nd Annual DRI International Fuel Cell Conference in Lake Tahoe, Nevada to take further steps to rejuvinate the exposure of this stock to the technical and public community. This will be a high publicity event considering the keynote speaker, Vice President, Al Gore: dcht.com The Company went on to state that they have made additional progress in making Fuel Cell sales, although they could not provide me with specific information. They did state that response has been overwhelming for their product and it is one reason why they have hired Stephanie Hoffman. Ms. Hoffman will join DCH in September as Vice President and General Manager of the Fuel Cell Business. Ms. Hoffman comes to DCH from Eaton Corporation where she was Director of Strategic Planning and Business Technology Manager. In these positions, she managed advanced product portfolios for Cutler-Hammer operations and conducted in-depth opportunity and risk assessment of technologies, products and services. Ms. Hoffman is a proven leader of technical innovation teams and an expert in fuel cell business planning. One more update from the Company -- they stated that now that they feel that they have overcome the technical challenges on the sensor units, that they can strive forward in developing additional major partnerships with various companies and distributors on a world wide basis -- including ramping up with existing distributors such as Horiba Corp. in Japan. In summary, there are plenty of reasons for people to stay optimistic about the future of this company with so much going on behind the scenes. regards; zekel
