There are many good folks in organized religion just as there are many good folks who are atheists, agnostics, etc and this is not? a sweeping and unsupported generalization of the like I would expect from the Empress. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!?

jlallen, The point I was trying to make was that even though there are some zealots, hypocrites, and other unlikable types with ulterior motives, you can still believe in God. And you shouldn't let the ones that are phonies turn you away from seeking the Lord. I have had an on-going discussion with this person, and I believe he understood what I was trying to say. He had mentioned in an earlier post, that he had been disillusioned because of bad experiences with phonies, zealots, hypocrites. C Kahn
