The bulls have been lulled into complacency because every dip has been bought and money continues to funnel into the market. Most stock holders do not daytrade their portfolios and this may be perceived as complacency but every dip for the past couple of years has been bought to take the market to new highs. Bulls are getting fat, bears just get slaughtered... Time and again.
