<<<"It's the next major networking category. We've got 80% plus market share, and a market that's going to go from
$200 milion to $1.5 billion in two to three years. That isn't a niche market in my book."

-- Greg Reyes, Brocade Communications CEO

Had he misstated or materially misrepresented the situation, it would certainly not be repeated and archived as the company has done. >>>

The statement from Greg Reyes was actually a true statement for the second quarter result of 1999. However, it is misleading. If I am an average investor looking to invest in high tech and FC in particular. I may have believed that Brocade has the FC switch market monopolized. Many here know that it is hardly the case.

What is unfortunate is that the trade rags such as Computerworld believe it also. I will continue to send nastygram to these editors of trade rags. Please post any links that anyone can find that you know it is unfair to Ancor. All I am asking is fairness, no special treatment is needed.

Looks like Thompson I-Watch posted Super Sells in huge blocks all day. Looks like they sold them up instead of down. How do they do that.<g>
Looks like someone out trying to have some fun today with Ancor on the overallotment deadline. Coincidence-I doubt it.
There motives would just be a guess.
We are pretty close to the strike price going into momentum on Monday.Did we make it. Stay tuned.
