Mr. SpongeBrain, We do not feel that any stocks is a safe hold for such a long time horizon. AOL 1994-1999 is not AOL 1999-2004 ! So, your statement is wrong about holding stock. Since you did not hold AOL or MSFT for the last 5 years, you missed out on some terrific growth. Yes you could have invested in other stock but still you missed out on terrific growth. It all comes down to you admitting you were wrong about holding AOL or MSFT. No one knows what the future will bring, so we are able to only compare the past. I'm glad to see that at least you are able to admit you are wrong. Thank You JK
