SO you think that eventually all the "maquilla" industry built in Mexico that run on 8-10 dollar a day labor will be the turning point in Mexico to a better place? Or just make the fat boys fatter?

Well that's very cynical. Are you trying to defend the apartheid in South Africa? And in any case, I don't disagree with where the aid should be sent. Aid to local governments is still aid. But on the same note, I don't see a problem with maybe feeding someone while we're at it.
