Don't you mean to say the "pink sheets"?
If you're going to use hyperbole, might as well go all out.
Other shorts are comparing Zi to Bre-x.
That's a more respectable basher stretch.

Zi is having its day.

For the quality of the TSE speaks that even such an OUTRIGHT FRAUD as YBM Magnex it has been, was givven a listing and TSE 300 inclusion. YBM almost reached C$1B market cap before the FBI searched the offices of YBM and then the trading was halted. Ultimately nothing remained of YBM in terms of shareholder value.

Other famous companies: SNMM, Livent, Turbodyne ...Bre-X

It does mean that the significance of an index inclusion is questionable.
