Who cares if they impose a duty of 61% on Micron? The way that I look at the situation, the demand for DRAM is so hot they will be leaping off of the cargo ships and into the consumer's pocket.

DRAM growth is expected to climb over 600% this quarter alone due to the rapid motorized dog market. Each dog requires over $300 in AA batteries and mulitple gigabits worth of DRAM. This electronic dog market is heating up in Japan!

erg, thanks for the heads up this morning. I'm not sure anyone at CNBC was aware. We were discussing it while taping weekend Squawk Box and I mentioned it on the air. (Sorry, I couldn't remember who posted it here. Perhaps I could have plugged the thread if I did.) I do recall getting a John Pitera line in when talking about the financials..."festival of horrors". I just love that phrase.
