To shift the discussion from Q for a moment, any comments on Vitesse (VTSS). They make a gallium arsenide chip that is highly specialized and used in many telecom applications (I sure that a techie could give a MUCH better explanation of what they do...).

Anyway, I'm guessing they fit more in the King category than Gorilla, but it is a stock that has been flying lately (and I'm up 270% in the past 12 months...better than my Q appreciation!); they seem to have excellent management and have just announced a stock split. Any comments?

Thanks,

Jeff

p.s. I was the curmudgeon who brought up the worries of "Groupthink" in regard to Q last month...I think that those worries have been largely dispelled after the events of the past week and the reasoned and "non-groupthink" reactions of this thread. As others have said, I learn more from this thread than from any other investment vehicle that I use. Thanks again, Frank, for setting the tone!

Frank, what a week. I've had one of the best weeks of my life in the Market...simply unbelievable. We need everyone to go out and have a few beers, then regroup later this evening and talk about the lessons the Market just schooled us on.

I'm pumped. :)
