Auric, are you still holding ACRI? I was going to short this stock, but after little dd, I liked it and went long instead. I think you said it was like 1/2 CMGI and 1/2 something else I forgot. Any comment on ACRI? l jon

Yeah, I've used up my time. I've searched the Federal Registry, talked to the FDA advisory committee office (Kelly, was that you who called before me? They sounded like they were tired of this question). There has to be a calendar in the Federal Registry, but I can't find it. Help? Dr. Seuss

How about ARTC, Arthrocare, has FDA coming on it's spinal surgery tools. Approved in Europe. Don't just look at the drugs, check the medical device people to. I pulled up a list of all of drug and equipment companies, culled them by price, then looked at the 52 week lows, obviously whoever this is doesn't have a wide array of revenue streams and is likely run up big on speculation of this FDA product. ARTC has an 11 1/4 52 week low, but it isn't completely dependent on this deal. Of course this isn't exactly how I wanted to do this, I was hoping for a web site that gave this info. CMB
