Called the "1999 Los Angeles Technology Fast 50," the annual awards program ranks technology companies located in Los Angeles, Riverside, Santa Barbara, San Bernardino, and Ventura counties by revenue growth over a five-year period. EarthLink Network, Inc. topped this year's Fast 50 list with a five-year revenue growth of 158,405 percent. The Pasadena-based company is one of the world's leading Internet service providers. "We congratulate all the Fast 50 companies for their commitment to the technology industry, and for delivering on the promise of market longevity," said Gary Dickey, partner, Los Angeles Technology Group, Deloitte & Touche.
