It seems that GCSC has better potential than Grandma Lee's had so many years ago and is proving itself so as it has already attracted interested Master Franchisees. Personally, I think the concept will fly. They're targeting a specific market with the right product and approach. Obviously the result of indepth R&D. From what I understand, the amount of money spent on R&D over the years has been substantial. And, while the GCSC is an excellent concept it isn't deemed as a venture that is capable of gaining back the R&D expenses in a short enough time frame to satisfy investors. This is why the company has diversified into the technology sector. They (HCI) saw it as an opportunity to increase shareholder value in the short term while adding substantial support to positive long term yields. Quite honorable I might add (and appreciated). I was told that one of the existing board members is from Dallas and the opportunity to acquire Platinum Intermedia was likely introduced to the company through him. So far, it seems that they've done the right thing. I'm confident that things will only get better from this point. All the Best Marty P
