I've ridden this stock since it was seven, probably 8 years ago. When it rose to the low 30's I didn't have the brains to sell. However, the stock is awfully cheap here and is much more likely to go up than down. Back when things looked good, SMSC put through a "poison pill" provision that essentially prohibits any potential buyers from making an offer. I believe that has been extremely harmful to shareholders. In any case, I own approx. 40,000 shares at lower prices and will continue to hold for now.
