I think that once they clear up this mess and get the audit out we'll find that underneath all of this garbage is a profit generating company. Even so, there are some friends of mine who are also in this stock who are wondering if this stock goes to the pink sheets if they can unload it. (although it will probably cost more to unload than to just use the certs as wallpaper). JMHO.
