I was in the middle of a post to you Blue and zzzzaaaaappp.
A gust of wind and a power blip. All I can say is, thank goodness for surge suppressors!
Reminded me I need a power supply for my new PC. Now that the storm is OVER, the insurance company will cover it. But not yesterday!!! Glad I sold my insurance stock. If not, I would today.

I see in the morning paper that several neighborhoods in the town next door had to be evacuated due to flooding last night, it made me happy to live high on a hill.

Sorry the horny elk kept Jed up all night <vbg> Isn't that supposed to happen in the spring? In my neighborhood it's the cats giving us a concerto every night, mine included. I actually can tell if she's involved in the party, I know her howl : )

So this thread had shown up on the hotlist today - hasn't been seen there for quite a while. Seems to me this is a sure thing omen for the internets : ) Susan

Subject 24391

Hope you are dry Joanie!

Blue, I love your continuing saga of your past history. It reminds me of what I read about King Henry VIII and Ann Bolyn, {I think}. Ann was the only queen that Henry didn't behead, because she told him a story that was always to be continued the next day. He never knew the ending, so he couldn't behead her. We're all waiting for the next chapter.
