Usually the ones crying about the market being inefficient are the heavy duty FUNADAMENTALIST, CHART HATING and Technically Analytically blind people whose stock did not rise on a piece of news at that time they receive it. Usually the smart money AND the technically inclined are already in and have already driven the price to where it is already. They are left holding thew bag. I think the term helps them rationalize the fact that their costly and scholarly upbringing is not helping them bring it on in to the bank. OZ
