I am going to the meeting..definitely. I know already (e-mail from Carl Ash) that Bateman makes up the most part of that private placement announced in August. Insiders are involved in a tiny portion he said. He also said that a serious investor (ie. one of us) could get in on the private placement with a minimum of $98,500. (some sort of New Brunswick law). I don't know if the placement is completed......or if this is one of the proposals being voted on at the meeting. I have never been to a meeting like this before. I will try to clarify alot of things. I will take as many notes as possible. I will give a summary of my findings next week after the meeting. Gary. ps.
