I heard that too - unconfirmed of course, but it is likely given Bell South's push to have 300K homes connected by the end of the year.

I personally don't think they should tease the market or shareholders like that.....Everyone is assuming the spin off will take place and they need to follow thru or lose the little credibility they have....and of coarse they NEED to announce BETA sites and a CONTRACT or TWO for their subsidiaries to gain credibility.....thought we'd see the 20's today...cmg
