I still think it is going through too, but the resignation of Dr. Rav-Noy has to have affected this process. I can't imagine bringing a new CEO on board with his hands tied by the big decisions already made before he/she comes on board. I understand this CEO position is a priority right now - it just has to be, given what we know.

This is too bad too, as there are LOTS of companies looking to IPO in the Sepember October timeframe.

<I'm begginning to get

close, NOAM.>

As you well know, management has gotten us so enthusiastic before,
announcing exciting new technology, i.e. the Edgeblaster. I can't count the number of us that became so excited that we
margined our portfolios
to the max only to be stunned like Deer in a spotlight and watched
our positions evaporate. I can't remember what happened to the Edgeblaster but I am only using this as an example of how we
have
paid dearly for the "teasing" us by management.
I realize that this situation is more titillating because management
actually released a press release telling us of their intention to
spin-off part of the company that IMO was the heart of the company
and even at shareholder's meetings when someone would ask if management would entertain the thought of spinning off MRV
from Nbase/Xyplex, they responded that (in my words) unthinkable because at that time Nbase/Xplex was it's biggest
customer.
I have been told that Optical will become a commodity like a fuse is today.
Our points are, hurry up Noam before we
are left holding a bunch of fuses. The market only stays "white hot" for anything for so long.
Fortunately, the company has become more diverse that even if they screw this up again with their stealth strategy we can still
wait another 12 months and IMO finally make some real money because the demand will be so great they will have the right
products at the right time. I hopea, I hopea (g) A big sheese...I know.
