Hello Gary!
Nite is trading @$27s but my LveII showed 3 or 4 25K-block- trades at $28 5/8 and $28 3/4 ranges about one minute ago. Do they make sense? late recording? Thanks.

Gary, The Pacific Crest downgrade was accompanied by estimate reductions and some concerns about 4Q99 activity due to the potential for additional interest rate increases. My impression is that the analyst is taking more of a wait-and-see approach rather than extrapolating forward the latest data point -- something nearly all the analysts probably wished they hadn't done following 2Q99 results. The analyst suggests that given the valuation, downside is probably limited and there are still long-term growth opportunities, but, in my opinion, he's waiting for more visibility -- probably a good stance given two downward earnings revisions in about a month's time.
