I didn't see the report on CNBC.

When I used to work in marketing at Microsoft, we were neurotic in evaluating our competition - the moment you discount a competitor, you become vulnerable. Overconfidence is dangerous.

If I was long Ebay, I would certainly consider the consortium as a viable threat.

But you have proven to be much more optimistic on the internet stocks than I.
