Billy Bob, the reason I have not opened an evolution book in years is because my antennae feelers I send out from time to time into the scientific literature tells me that nothing has changed. Same old same old. Different name for the Theories and different guesses but they remain the same old :guesses. I have no time for fiction ( Theories, guesses) right now. I glance at evolution articles from time to time in such reputable card carrying, red bandana communist, evolutionist publications as Time and Newsweek were I am sure I will get every little even insignificant detail that helps the other side so I know I am getting all the load: Nothing yet: Missing skull is still missing. Missing genetic links are still missing. From time to time I read of fraudulent reports that don't surprise me because if you can't get it by hook some people will use crook ( I am referring I believe to Lahey's Tanganyika skull finding that turned up not to be what he said it was; I think; it's been long time ). So why waste my time? I can put my time to better uses now. It is perfectly clear to me now, with 100% certainty and 100%proof ( to my mind ) that the Universe is still a mysterymystery. Science has not answered my questions in spite of tremendous research on my part in High School as well as college; I spent a lot of time there on evolution, biology, The Cell,all the physical sciences and was lucky enough to have been in touch with the best to answer all my questions. Nobody had and nobody has now any proofs. These are intelligent Professors with top credentials as good as those of the gravediggers Sagan &Co. I tried ot find answers elsewhere and was lucky to have found them. My concern is that in finding a theistic explanation to the mystery of the Universe I did so because I was lucky to have been in touch with the right people to learn from. I am saddened that most American ids in Public Schools are not given my opportunities which is why they may never find the right answer. I want to change that. I would like public schools to offer different explanations to the Universe than the dead end ( so far ) of the evolution idea so far that we came from slime. 90% of Americans don't believe that. But what to believe in? This is why we need to offer choices. It's called thought; ideas: You cannot study thought & ideas in Biology. They have no mass; no measurable wave lengths or positron emissions. You cannot put them through a cyclotron and photograph emerging particles. You cannot use the tools of Science to measure them or quantitative them. The only place you can study ideas is in the minds of those that produced through their writings by reading their books. You don't need an expensive lab for that. Some of those books cost $10 in paperback. They include literature, philosophy ( GreeK for:" a friend of thought, of wisdom ), religion, political thought; And yes even political thought based on religious thought : It is called the US Declaration of Independence which says we were endowed by Our Creator with certain inalienable rights among which are Life Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness....... That means that if we do not have a Creator we don't have these rights. Correct? ( Logic 101 ). How do you explain that to High Schoolers in Public Schools when you tell them that their US Declaration of freedom of thought ( from England )tells them that they have these rights through this wonderful Creator and then when they ask you " but who is he? what does he look like? where can I find him? "the answer is " I don't know and no you can't find out about him, at least not in THIS hallowed hall of Knowledge, your High School ". That exactly proves my point: science can say nothing about the non-existance of God, a point that Carl Sagan and the gravediggers have been trying to shove down mush skulls for decades. Ad hominem attack (look it up in the dictionary) All this proves is that you are unable to properly use login in your arguments. Your point is not proven. My point is that Evolution can say nothing about God. Athiests who want to abuse it to disprove God are idiots. Theists who want to abuse it to prove God are equally idiots. People who argue about evolution without wanting to learn about what it really is are also idiots. ALL I want form the scientific community ARE FACTS From you postings on this forum, the only thing of most certainty is that you have no clue what you are talking about. This is a fact based upon your silly statements about medicine, abuse of logic and intentional ignorance of topics you wish to discuss.
