The filing states she is married. Wonder why her husband is excluded from this since the major asset listed is their home owned jointly? Bankruptcy laws differ so from state to state. She was employed by AZNT in 1997 and on 10/6/98 the payor for her filing is indeed AZNT. On another page it says the following re Josh: The source of the compensation paid or to be paid to me was the debtor. It ceratinly appears that these statements convey contradictions. Need to review the 10K again to see if any information regarding this payment for a family members case is noted. Public companies should be cautious and not cross the line to spending corporate funds for personal use. I would have expected her family to pay for the legal representation.
