I find it hard to believe that we are currently trading at these prices. Based on current industry valuations the company should be trading considerably higher. The closest publicly traded company comparable to MDTV is PGTV. It is much bigger but has a very similar business model. Several large brokerage firms have placed subscriber valuations at US$2,000 each. With MDTV's 14,000 subscribers that would give MDTV a market cap of US$28 million or roughly $2.80 per share. This does not factor in the building backlog of over 300 buildings. The current market cap is valueing MDTV subscribers at only US$485. It will be interesting to see how well the internet service does. I think it makes for an interesting opportunity for investors who understand the cable/satellite subscriber business.
I recommend any one truly interested in this opportunity to take the step of calling Pegasus (PGTV) and ask for the latest analyst's reports on their company. It is really worth reading to get a true understanding of what the potential for a company like MDTV really is.

Best regards,

Paul
