I haven't tried the online bill pay through netbank yet, but will be trying it here in the near future. My account just got setup about one week ago. I am also thinking about trying out Checkfree's bill pay service. CKFR. It's about 2.95 a month through them. They have an agreement with Yahoo to provide bill payment on yahoo, among others.
You know, now that I think about it, almost everything except my cell phone I have automatically deducted out of my checking account, so any additional payment features aren't really going to help me to much.

Herc -- For recurring bills that vary by amount you just set up the payment for the number you want made, up to "infinite" and the frequency -- weekly, monthly etc. Then you just have to go to the bill pay site when you get a new bill and change the amount.
