Excellent point. Regardless, it is in Qwests benefit to have some time to close vs GBLX which benefits from a quick closure. Both are fine.

Does anyone have an educated opinion as to what effect, if any, there will be on GBLX when the merger is completed, and this stock is then in the NAZ 100, and NOT in the S&P 500? Will there be a massive selloff or has that already been factored in?
