John: To me fully audited is when it is on file with the SEC.....To tell you the truth I'm not even sure if their current numbers are under Canadian or American accounting standards. And also, I will not believe that additional shares have not been issued until I see the SEC filings. Call me stupid but there has to be a reason the share price has not been going up. I smelled a rat last year before the trading fiasco and especially after the current numbers became known and we did not see an increase there has to be something going on just as disastrous as last year; to me there is no other explanation and I'm on record now having voiced my concerns vs. those that have been, to date, only thinking it. Why don't I sell. Not sure.!
