It barely matters to the dram makers what support they offer. Stop making some legalistic argument. Start realizing that Rambus would not be where it is if there were true choice. Draw whatever conclusion you want from that realization.

KZ: You are obviously a very intelligent technically inclined person. Isn't it possible that your recent conversion to the "other side" could be as easily reversed by revelations in DDRDRAM production or technology? Stated another way, aren't we all way too wired up on the pro-Rambus, anyone but Rambus balance beam when no product utilizing a mature DRDRAM design is even on the market yet? Again, if this is not a holy crusade, let's see the proof of the pudding before we declare any technology fatally flawed or the second coming.
