Johnd, The Fed meeting should spark a big rally leading upto it. As for the oral arguments in the case, it is a non-event. We already know the arguments. The trial has been factored into the current price, IMHO.
The market can only go up.
There is also the talk that FEd won't raise rates due to Y2K concerns. That will be awesome for the big cap tech stocks.
