Dear Russ: Yes, currently it is. But often, that is a good sign. In companies that must remake themselves, people often throw in the rag just at the bottom. The good news is that CPQ is a large, well known, financially strong company with a very large base of customers. They have all the weapons to have a successful turnaround, now it is merely a question of EXECUTION. I am not familiar enough with this management to advise their abilities in this area but in my personal experience, I have generally found companies as big and strong as CPQ usually have decent management. Others on this thread may be able to comment here. JDN
