Teflon, No need to convince me about getting a feel about how to play options. I usually play MSFT every month, buying a token option early in the month and then concentrating bigger plays with more contracts but smaller prices, with lower premiums, in the days leading to and including expiration day. Yesterday, for instance, buying 80 contracts at 1/8 cost only $1k. It worked out well this month.

I found by using this strategy every month leads to great returns. If I lose, I'm out $1k, but if I win, those 80 contracts provide huge returns.

By the way, depending upon the trends in the stock price, I'll play either calls or puts.
