In fact, I enjoyed reading your entire note. Our jails are filled with drug "victims" who are not really criminals and could be productive citizens instead of inmates. At the same time, they are releasing child molesters and murderers early, or plea bargaining with lifelong criminals over and over again because there is no room in our prisons. Why is there no room in our prisons? Because of our government's insane "War against Victims of Drugs"!
