Mike: If I understood them correctly, and I believe I did, they stated that in the application of the ViewSoft technology, ICA is not the transport. Some of the new stuff forthcoming includes this ViewSoft functionality, which they were not at liberty to discuss in detail. I have no doubt that the MetaFrame/SAPGUI 4.n model, as you clipped will work and be a viable solution for R/3 SAPGUI central management - it's the other functionality they were alluding to. Trust me, I pressed for clarification, but they were mum. That's fine, we'll know soon enough. Cheers, dd
