CK,

I don't think so. I have not downloaded anything strange lately. The virus was found after puter locked up in shutdown. Had to pull plug to shut down. Upon reboot---WARNING!
I am running win98 SE. I know it has some shutdown problems but would they surface after running ok for several months?
