Joe, it is apparent that there have been quite a few persons request their certs and the results of that drive should come to fuition sooner than later. The IP results from LiPangue are near and probably about another 2 or 3 before CDCH's and LDM are complete. So don't expect any JV until then and then that likelihood until deep drill holes are complete. Will that be done before the AGM???, It certainly would not take a rocket scientist or even our guys to know they will drill, so that equipment should already be mobilized and ready to roll the second that House sets the target. That way you could begin a drill within 24 hours of seeing the IP summary and stand a chance of having drill results the first week of October. There is always that fear they do not want to know what is deep. We stand amongst other OTC-BB stocks that never completed a drill program, it was the stock they kept drilling. With the lack of credible news still to be delivered aka a favorable Dayton decision from Chile would be a start...just think 1 year ago this month we were told that a verdict was hours away only to be delayed becuase they shut down for Spring break or something...That verdict means alot, not collecting it, but it would give the company a foot up. The next available creditability thing would be for those infamous audited financials to be released or at least the filing with the SEC to meet the requirements would be a major hurdle. Many investors are waiting on that before investing in the company. For now it is no different than any other junior mining wanna be, great properties, great reports, lots of hype, lots of promises, and now it is time to reward the shareholders. Until these things are delivered we do not stand above any other pump and dump thats out there. The majors are even waiting to see those audited financials. They figure if Medinah can't deliver audited financials then in short order they'll grab that mineralized mountain for peanuts. They know Medinah is a minnow in a shark's ocean, they know who they are dealing with. They see the stock's activity. IMO they are sitting back just waiting. THats why we shouldn't wait. Its time to deliver. Its time to show these majors we have the drills turning. Its time. Especially now so that the AGM can be a festive, socail event not a pay for view WWF highlight film...

:-)

Joe, I bugged the hell out of Waterhouse for my Medinah Gold certs which I finally received. I called them several times a week for months and in the last few weeks before the certs arrived their cust service dept actually started calling me -- presumably because they knew I'd call them if they didn't.

My certs are dated 8/27. This adds nearly three months to the time these shares will be tradeable compared to the certs I got for my registered MDHM shares -- those Medinah Gold shares are dated 6/1. So even though I have my certs now, I feel that I am due some compensation. Whatever the forces were that have personally cost me 3 months of liquidity owe me for that. It is my hope that all shareholders who have suffered the same de facto penalty as me through no fault of their own are equally as annoyed as I am. This would be a good topic for discussion at the AGM, because if MDHM has identified the shorts at that time, then perhaps they could extract compensation from them on our behalf. It's something to think about.
