Ramsey, I have lost the NextWave bankruptcy documents link you sent me. Please post. This constructive fraud thing, first I have heard of it.

If NextWave is not in default, I fail to see how the FCC can do anything. The press release says all creditors who voted approved the plan of reorganization. If the link is posted, then maybe I can figure out what this constructive fraud thing is and its impact.

The only public interest justification is bureaucratic egotism that it, the FCC, knows best and is trying to maximize the money in the government's coffers.
