Chaz- The deal with Nextwave is simply this. The FCC want's more money than the Bankrptcy judge said Nextwave has to pay (~$1B). I believe that the "Pulbic Interest" is that the government coffers get more cash. The FCCs hands are very dirty in all this, and I wuold expect a final decision to benefit Nextwave. I believe Nextwave may wind up paying more than the $1B, but don't know. Nextwave has a lot of salivating investors. We will have to wait and see how this turns out. Caxton
