oops...this looks like it wants to produce the third -10 for this year any day now. in the past the signal had a 50:50 rate of forecasting big declines successfully. we had two false alarms so far this year, in fact they were both excellent buying opportunities. maybe this time the buying opportunity will get even better...-gg-
