Everyone see this post on RB. Sounds like an employee doesn't understand his bosses are only in it for a few quick trades and is losing it. For all the bashing going on, doesn't ANYONE get the point that this company will fail because there is no one there that knows how to run it? Now I presume that MOST of the posts on this board are from Steve, Nick, Mark & Floyd, but if there are any REAL investors out there, ask yourself a basic question: If this company going to succeed, why is there BEST argument that you should come down and SEE the office. Give it a rest guys, it is a no big deal office by the John Wayne airport. Some ugly paint, some nice wood, and some electronics. Yippee! It looks like a company trying REALLY HARD to LOOK impressive. Oh yeah, it was worth my flight time! How sad. If you want to do due diligence, go hang out with employees in the restaurants and bars, and talk with the recruiters that have stopped sending over qualified applicants because of the history there. It doesn't take much reading about, or visiting with, Steve and Nick to see that they are s###-bags. Grow up, they are money guys. Money guys ARE s###-bags. The point is that they don't even CLAIM to have any experience with these types of projects. The real joke is the little rich boy, living in a rented Newport Beach house, with the smoke and mirrors resume, that has crowned himself KING of 2theMark. Mark Rosenberg is the big JOKE at 2theMart. Total bull####, all ego, and NO experience. Yet THIS is the guy that is driving the company into the ground. Even if the 'site' does launch, and that is SERIOUSLY doubtful, there is NO WAY in hell that the company would survive even 90 days with him there. DON'T TAKE MY WORD FOR IT, go and talk with ANYONE in the Newport area that has familiarity with this company. HEY MARK - Why not post your organizational chart on the web-site. Show us which boxes are still not filled, and the INTERNET experience (real, not just made up) of those boxes that are filled. How do YOU fit into RUNNING the company with your 'Sales/Marketing' experience. How about posting your business plan. I know, how about getting some current VP or higher at IBM to SIGN a letter, on letterhead, of your 'accomplishments at IBM. I would love to see THAT on the web site. Kids - you are getting screwed by your own doing. Stop wasting time calling Steve and Nick s###-bags. That issue is a done deal. Start actually LOOKING at what the company is, or actually ISN'T. That information is what should be REALLY panicking you.
