to truedog: from C Kahn: Truedog, of all people, you know that I wasn't saying bad things about God or Christianity. But as you well know, there are some "People" who will use a position of power for their own selfish reasons. Not only in religion, but in many areas of life. And when a person stated that they had been disillusioned by phony preachers, I felt it was more important to try to make the person understand that not all Christians are phonies. Some of us are sincere. And I tried to say it in the best way I know how. I don't understand why jlallen got so upset with me. But from that point on, every word I said was cross examined, and picked to pieces. Of course I don't know how to use words as well as he does. I'm not a lawyer. So rather than trying to get through to a person's heart, I spent a good part of the day defending myself. what a waste of time. If JLA gets mad at me, so be it. He won his lawyer argument, and I don't know where the person I was talking to in the first place went. I'm not real concerned about what JLA thinks of me right now. I'm more concerned about the person who was seeking. Colleen
