10-4. The bid/ask really tightened up last week, and it was hard to get the MM to move of his numbers. I've never seen it do that before. John :-)

Sept 1999: World LP Gas Review Production Up LP Gas production and demand growth levels bounced back last year according to the 1999 Statistical Review of Global LP Gas published by MCH Oil & Gas Consultancy. World LP Gas production last year was over 186.6mn t, up by 2.4pc on 1997. The most significant rises in output were seen from new export projects in Algeria, Malaysia, the UAE and west Africa and from rising refinery production of LP Gas in China. Note: LGOV seems to be in exactly the right place, at exactly the right time, with exactly the right LICENSES - and winter is just around the corner... ps: "exporters" need a place to SELL their LPG; they are not in the retail or distribution business..!! :-)
