Frank,
Don't you find it odd that a person who claims to have no vested interest in a stock, would know so much about that company (cash on hand, burn rate,etc)? His interest in Bids is so vast that he reads every message board about Bids and every piece of news that is published as well as seeming to have insight into any negative information that may be coming out.

This can only lead to an assumption that Gonorth must be paid to bash this company, which has been a wide perception on this and other message boards. If he were merely a short, I would imagine stating that position would have been something he would have done early on as many people have asked him repeatedly.

Do you think the SEC/Nasdaq exchange would consider this legal if he were exposed?
