I compared the 30 year mortgage rates from NTBK with the listing of local banks in today's paper, and NTBK is higher on most rates.

My local bank is offering 7.625% with no points for a 30 year fixed mortgage, and NTBK's rate is 8.125%

So why would anyone get a home mortgage from NTBK?

I see my local bank charges $4.95 a month for online bill pay, up to 20 bills then 35 cents a bill.

Does NTBK charge you for online bill pay?

I'm just trying to see if NTBK's advantages outweigh their disadvantages?
